About BALTNEXUS

LT LietuviškaiLV Latviski

Dear colleagues, researchers involved in Baltic and Lithuanian studies, young researchers and students,

We are a numerous and interesting scientific community both in Europe and worldwide. We are involved in researching, teaching and studying Baltic region languages, old writings, literature and culture in many countries; we belong to different nations and tradition backgrounds. About forty scientific centres of Lithuanian and Baltic studies are presently functioning all over the world.

The main objective of this network is to intensify scientific communication and co-operation of researchers involved in Baltic and Lithuanian studies worldwide. The BALTNEXUS network provides its registered members with the possibility of instant contacts with the global community of their scientific sphere, as well as that of reporting all the academic news via the mailing list. The forums belonging to the network give a possibility to discuss ideas and issues of research, to raise specific questions, as well as to receive answers and advice. The network also allows publishing electronic versions of your own research works or literary resources and to receive comments on them.

The BALTNEXUS network has been created as a result of co-operation among Vilnius University Departments of Lithuanian Literature and Baltic Studies, as well as the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics.

We invite all the researchers of Lithuanian and Baltic issues to join our mailing list. Registration page: http://baltnexus.lt/el-pasto-konferencija.

We also encourage you to send us conference and event announcements as well as other related information to our address admin@baltnexus.lt.

We invite all the researchers of Lithuanian and Baltic issues to become registered members of this network and to develop acquaintance with the possibilities it provides. The density of the net we weave only depends on our own common will.

We send you our best regards and look forward to getting in touch with you!
