    Please be informed that the application has been extended to the Liepaja University 25th International Scientific Conference "The Word: Aspects of Research". Application deadline: October 12, 2020.

    Please also pay attention to changes in the participation fee and the duration of the presentation!
     
    Taking into account the epidemiological situation both in the country and in the world, it will be possible to participate in this year's conference online and in-person, therefore please indicate in the application form how you plan to participate. In the case of online participation, it will also be possible to submit presentations in advance (no later than midnight on 23 November) and receive remote technical assistance on the day of the conference.

    SUMMER SCHOOL OF LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE AT THE HUMBOLDT UNIVERSITY OF BERLIN

    On 31 August – 11 September, the summer school of Lithuanian language was held at the embassy of Lithuania in Berlin. The event was organized in collaboration with the Humboldt University of Berlin and Vilnius University. The summer school invited students from different universities in Germany and gave them a possibility to study the Lithuanian language and culture. The summer school was organized by Prof. Dr. Christiane Schiller. Students were taught by the lecturer Dr. Vaida Našlėnaitė Eberhardt.

    CALL FOR LITHUANIAN STUDIES AT VILNIUS UNIVERSITY, AUTUMN SEMESTER 2020

    The course starts on September 2020 and ends on December. Participating students are exempted from the tuition fee; they will also have their travelling expenses covered and will receive a scholarship on a monthly basis – 570 Eur. Registration deadline is 20 June 2020.
